Initiate RMA Request

Log in to your MSI Member Center account and register your product to apply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to prevent damage during transit.

Ship to Service Center

Affix the provided shipping label and RMA number clearly on the outside of the box, then drop it off at an authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Resolution
